Everything was simply good. Had a nice 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The location was marvellous, for example, City Hall was within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was amazing, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The vibe here was quiet.

nice room, clean venue, spacious, with refrigerator, air conditioning. Polite staff.
Very narrow parking, hard to park.

Good location, large room, friendly staff.
The facade was being renovated. This is associated with noise pollution during the day. And the entrance is a construction site.

Hotel in central location, nice staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet and nice pub. Great view over the city (room on 13th floor). In addition, there is a parking garage owned by the hotel.

The hotel is very large, has 20 floors. We had a room with a huge window on the 17th floor. At night you have a great view (by day not so much). It is very clean and has really earned the high rating
The hotel is located near the railway station and is difficult to reach depending on the time of day and traffic. Parking costs 20 pounds or 10 pounds for a motorcycle.

Good location
Car parking at this hotel is very confusing. There is a private car park directly under the hotel car park entrance with no signage and the real danger of being clamped! The hotel know about this, but don't seem bothered (the hotel car park sign directs you in there). They won't let you park in the hotel car park unless you have booked a premier room :( Park down the road in the NCP at £10 for 24 hours.
